Inner West Trauma Healing offers trauma healing, therapy, and related wellness services as outlined on our website. All services are provided by qualified professionals and are designed to support clients in their journey toward healing and well-being. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, as results may vary depending on individual circumstances.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • Booking Process: Appointments can be booked directly through our website, via email, or over the phone. A booking is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email or notification from us.

  • Payment: Full payment for services is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfer.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time, but this will not affect bookings already confirmed.

  • Refunds: Refunds will not be provided for services rendered. If you are unable to attend a session, please refer to our Cancellation Policy below. 
     

3. Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness for all clients and to maintain the availability of our services, Inner West Trauma Healing enforces a strict 24-hour cancellation policy:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur the full session fee. This fee will be charged to the payment method provided at the time of booking or invoiced accordingly.

  • To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us via email at transformation@betterbrain.com.au or call or text us.. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer available slots to other clients in need.
     

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Punctuality: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. If you are late, your session may still end at the scheduled time to accommodate other clients.

  • Health Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date health information, including any medical conditions, mental health history, or medications, that may impact the services provided.

  • Conduct: We expect all clients to behave respectfully toward our staff and other clients. Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment or aggression, may result in the termination of services without a refund.
     

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • Inner West Trauma Healing is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information shared during sessions or through our website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian laws, including the Privacy Act 1988.

  • Sessions are strictly confidential, except in cases where there is a legal obligation to disclose information (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, court orders, etc.).


6. Limitation of Liability

  • Inner West Trauma Healing and its practitioners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to emotional distress, physical injury, or financial loss.

  • While we strive to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from therapy or healing sessions, as results depend on individual circumstances and engagement.

All content on the innerwesttraumahaling.com.au website, including text, images, logos, and materials provided during sessions, is the intellectual property of Inner West Trauma Healing or its licensors.
